Personal information supplied by members to the DGAG will be kept on file and stored securely. This data will be deleted once it is no longer relevant.<\/p>\n Membership data includes title, name, address, post-code, telephone number (optional), on-line e-mail address (optional). This information is required to provide the service that is expected by a DGAG member. This data will be stored securely.<\/p>\n The DGAG will allow members\u2019 information to be used only by others working on their behalf. This usually will include the Treasurer, Secretary, Newsletter Editor and field trip Officer.
