Handfast Point and Old Harry Rocks appear in etchings, postcards and magic lantern slides.  Gradually crumpling away, the erosion will eventually affect Ballard Down and the barrier between Swanage and Studland will be removed.  Nothing to do with global warming though, it's been happening for millions of years, long before man entered the scene
