With the shortening days comes our annual series of “Winter Watch” days out for Jurassic Coast Ambassadors and partner organisations, and I’m delighted to invite you to the first of these.
The plan is to have lunch at the Mill, a brilliant historic site in its own right and also one of our newest Business Partners. I am awaiting the Mill to send their menu over, so I can forward that on once I receive it. From past experience it is an excellent place for lunch and we will have a space reserved upstairs. You can have a look at their website
to whet your appetite!
This lunch is a chance to reflect on everything we’ve done this year, have a little chat about next year, and I also hope to have printed copies of our JCT Annual Review to hand out.
After lunch we’ll take a leisurely walk to Budleigh Salterton, following the River Otter to the coast and observing the beautiful natural features along the way, accompanied by expert commentary from Sam Scriven and our local Ambassadors. We’ll then head back to Otterton, finishing up by 4pm.
Could you please let me know if you’d like to attend this date, and I’ll put you on the list. Please feel free to bring partners and friends along if they’re interested.
I am still in the midst of planning our other Winter Watch sessions for 2019, so will be in touch when those are confirmed.
