Golden Cap Walk

An invigorating walk to the top of the highest point on England’s south coast – Golden Cap in West Dorset.
This walk begins at Golden Cap Holiday Park at 10:30am, and will take you up and over Golden Cap itself, from where you can take in spectacular views across the Jurassic Coast. The walk will also take in the ruins of St. Gabriel’s Church, and the “secret beach” of St. Gabriel’s Mouth if access is available.
Returning via the easier walking path north of Golden Cap, finishing at the Anchor Inn in Seatown for well-earned refreshment!
This walk will be between 2-3 hours round trip. Parking is available at the Anchor Inn car park, or take the Jurassic Coaster bus to Chideock.
Tickets £5 per person, or half-price for Jurassic Coast Trust Members.
